I dont know dude, I only play cs :D For my whole life only played cs 1.6 and after that csgo, I dont like other games.. I volition buy another stick of RAM in a 3 days when I become my salary. If still same problem, I will alter internet provider and get optical internet fifty-fifty though 50gb of internet that Im currently using is fine. And if theres still a problem I will broke my pc swear to god.

I am sure, that the problem is not because of cyberspace since you are just experiencing problems offline with bots. When yous play offline, the server is created on your estimator. Sv is server side I believe. Try testing your ping to the nearest valve server (idk where that is) in speedtest. If information technology's just happening on private servers I'd try verifying integrity of game files.
When I play on valve servers my ping is always depression, like 25 so I dont retrieve thats the problem. The thing that confuses me the most is the fact that I have loftier sv and var on OFFLINE map :/
